Former Amdocs exec to expand CIO role as a business service enabler that drives enterprise growth
through improved internal processes and systems
Zerto, an award-winning provider of cloud IT resilience solutions, today announced the appointment of Avi Raichel as its new chief information officer (CIO) at Zerto. Raichel will be based in Zerto’s headquarters in Israel where he will lead the company’s IT team tasked with ensuring that the internal systems and processes continue to thrive alongside Zerto’s strong business growth.

Raichel spent the last 17 years at Amdocs, where he rose from MIS team leader to vice president of information systems. In his last role at Amdocs, Raichel spearheaded an excellence transformation program that helped improve the IT maturity level of the company by 30 percent in just one year. With this, Raichel led a group of 350 IT professionals and brings expertise in initiating, planning and executing major technology transformations that meet measurable business goals.
