Sprout is the foundation of HP’s Blended Reality immersive computing initiative. While primarily aimed at consumers, the program has also proved popular with business and education users.

For businesses, Sprout Pro includes Sprout Companion for Skype for Business, which offers enhanced remote sharing and collaboration, including “the capability to share a 2D image during a Skype meeting and to annotate the Skype whiteboard using the pen and mat on Sprout,” officials said.
