Kendra Muscella, Vice President of Account Management
As Vice President of Account Management, Kendra Muscella will lead the Account Management team—those on-site as well as remote—to manage and grow existing client accounts, as well as identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand accounts through additional value-added services.
Muscella comes to Vitalyst with nearly 20 years of experience in client retention and managing relationships among enterprise clients. She has a proven track record of generating growth across a broad range of industries and effectively developing and implementing strategic plans at several Philadelphia area based startups, as well as Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Vitalyst, she worked at Life.io as Vice President, Marketing and Client Engagement. And, during her seven-year tenure at Citi Prepaid Services she held the titles Vice President, Marketing Specialist and Vice President, Relationship Manager—where she oversaw relationships with clients, including Proctor & Gamble, Goodyear and Hyundai.
Muscella is a graduate of Rosemont College and has a bachelor’s degree in humanities/philosophy.
Clay Stubblefield, Regional Sales Manager, South Central
Clay Stubblefield joins the sales team as a Regional Sales Manager. Based in Houston, Texas, Stubblefield will be responsible for all sales functions in the South Central region, including generating new business, expanding and growing current client relationships, and working with partners to facilitate new business.
Prior to joining Vitalyst, Stubblefield was the Director of Business Development at Project Leadership Associates, and held multiple roles during his tenure with SHI International Corp.
Stubblefield is a graduate of Texas State University. He has a degree in criminal justice and a minor in forensic psychology.
Rufus Harris, Inside Sales Manager
Rufus Harris joins Vitalyst as an Inside Sales Manager, where he’ll be responsible for working with the company’s Solution Sales Executives (SSEs) to drive internal lead generation efforts resulting in direct sales. He will also be responsible for the professional development and training of the SSEs. Prior to joining Vitalyst, Harris was the Division Director for Robert Half International, managing a team of recruiters focused on direct-hire positions for accounting and operations teams. Harris began his career in financial services. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama and has a degree in Political Science and Government.
Vernon Madison, Inside Sales Manager
Vernon Madison has been promoted to Inside Sales Manager and will—like his counterpart, Harris—be responsible for working with Solution Sales Executives (SSEs) to secure leads that result in direct sales. He will also be responsible for their professional development and managing their day-to-day activities. Previous to this role, Madison was an Account Manager for Vitalyst, as well as numerous other companies, including Xerox and Enterprise Rent-a-Car. His account management experience provides him with the expertise needed to develop, train and oversee the SSEs, as well as help them identify and secure sales opportunities. Madison is a graduate of Bentley College and has a degree in Marketing.
