London, 30th April 2019 – The Centre for Finance, Technology and Entrepreneurship (CFTE) announced the grand launch of the CFTE Campus, London’s first physical FinTech campus for professionals and entrepreneurs to work, network and learn, located at Level39 in Canary Wharf.
As an education platform, CFTE is aware of the fact that in today’s business world, every professional requires new skills in order to thrive, regardless of industry experience and current skills. Established in 2017 at the Shard, a trademark of London architecture, CFTE has continuously kept this mission in mind.
In conjunction with its two-year anniversary, CFTE is proud to announce its landmark project, CFTE Campus, to help more professionals and entrepreneurs.
CFTE Campus offers bi-weekly events to provide insights, opportunities to network with high-growth startups and entrepreneurs thanks to the FinTech hub of Level39, and keep working, while meeting with other professionals in the financial industry.
“The world of finance is changing at a faster rate than any of us could have imagined,” said Tram Anh Nguyen, the co-founder of CFTE.
“As the leading hub of finance innovation, CFTE aims to be the thought leader in the field of continuous education and stimulating innovation within the financial services sector. We are providing a space where professionals can learn to upskill themselves and also build a network with other fintech leaders of today and tomorrow. We are proud of our diverse community of learners, that has grown to more than 40,000 professionals in 100 different countries. We now have a physical space in the “Fintech Capital” for them to continue their learning journey through all the activities, events and expert insights that will take place at our London Campus.”
The CFTE Campus will be located at Level39, the most connected tech hub in the UK, home to over 200 start-ups and 1,200 entrepreneurs, specialising in FinTech, Cyber-Security and RetailTech.
“We are delighted to be continuing our partnership with Level39,” said Huy Nguyen Trieu, co-founder of CFTE.
“With such a diverse community of startups, it was the perfect place to build London’s first physical FinTech campus.”
One of CFTE’s key aims is to continue growing the London FinTech ecosystem. Experts will share their insights with the community at events on a regular basis, while also connecting major banks and FinTech startups in the city.
The grand launch of CFTE Campus will be on the 30th of April, where its doors will be open to the CFTE community, finance professional, industry experts and thought leaders, and entrepreneurs for a night of celebration, networking and learning.
“The arrival of CFTE to Level39 comes at a critical time for Britain’s tech sector that is only increasing its demand for skilled digital talent. Welcoming CFTE is a commitment in the growth of the ambitious businesses that are based here, supporting them in accessing the human resources they need to scale.
“As Level39 continues to expand, connect and attract entrepreneurs from around the world, the new CFTE campus signals a commitment to the future of London as a leading digital hub, where tech companies can access an ecosystem populated with the talent, connections and knowledge to scale.” said Ben Brabyn, Head of Level39.
