Ideas2IT, an AI-native software engineering company, today announced a strategic partnership with Lyzr to jointly develop, sell and deploy enterprise agentic systems across North America. The agreement arrives as enterprise interest in AI agents shifts from experimentation toward systems that can run inside core business processes.
The companies contend that this shift has exposed a gap, where many organizations have completed agent pilots, but far fewer have deployed agents that operate reliably in production. Technology leaders evaluating the next step face a crowded field of options, including hyperscaler toolkits, dedicated agent platforms and services firms. Each path carries different tradeoffs in speed, control and long-term cost, and the choice also determines who will be accountable when an agent fails inside a live workflow.
The Ideas2IT and Lyzr partnership is structured to simplify that decision. Lyzr provides an enterprise platform for building, orchestrating and governing agents, with governance and guardrails built in and informed by its Fortune 500 implementations. Ideas2IT brings experience taking agentic systems to production at scale in regulated industries, including healthcare and financial services, along with forward-deployed engineers who work inside client environments to build and operate those systems.
The agreement spans joint business development, solution engineering and implementation. The companies will work with enterprise CIOs to identify use cases, develop industry-specific applications and integrate agents into existing systems and workflows.
"Enterprise adoption depends on how well agents work within existing systems, processes and controls," said Murali Vivekanandan, president of Ideas2IT. "This partnership brings our engineering and implementation experience together with Lyzr's platform to address those requirements from development through production."
Why Production Is the Hard Part
According to the companies, building an agent is no longer the main obstacle for most enterprises. The harder work begins when agents must connect to legacy systems, respect access controls, produce auditable decisions and keep performing as data and processes change. In regulated sectors, compliance teams and regulators shape those requirements as much as IT does, and a system that cannot demonstrate oversight rarely moves past the pilot stage.
Both companies point to governance as a deciding factor in that transition. Enterprises want to know which agent took which action, on what data and under whose authority, and they want the ability to evaluate and correct agent behavior over time. When those controls are rebuilt for each deployment, projects slow down and standards drift across business units.
These requirements also tend to fall between the responsibilities of platform vendors and services providers. A platform can supply orchestration and governance controls, but someone still has to design the architecture, integrate it with existing applications and remain accountable for performance once it goes live.
Joint Development and Implementation
The agreement assigns those responsibilities explicitly. Ideas2IT will lead solution architecture, agent development, enterprise integration, testing, deployment and ongoing optimization. Lyzr will provide the platform capabilities for orchestration, evaluation, governance and lifecycle management.
The companies will initially focus on industry-specific solutions for regulated enterprises, where security, reliability and operational oversight are central to deployment. Engagements are expected to follow a staged model, beginning with use case identification and architecture design, moving through build and integration, and continuing into operation and optimization after launch. Customers will work with one coordinated team across platform and delivery, and Ideas2IT's forward-deployed engineers will work alongside client teams so that knowledge of each system remains within the customer organization.
"Ideas2IT brings enterprise delivery experience and a strong healthcare practice," said Siddharth Asokan, chief business officer of Lyzr. "Together, we can develop industry-specific applications and help customers deploy and operate them at scale."
Recognition for Agentic Software Engineering
Ideas2IT was recently included in Lyzr's Agentic Delivery Innovators 2026 research. The report highlighted its proprietary Agentic SDLC Studio, which applies agents across requirements, implementation, testing and verification.
The research recognized Ideas2IT's work translating its engineering methodology into software, with applications in feature delivery, automated testing, code review and modernization. Ideas2IT says the same engineering discipline will underpin the delivery model the two companies bring to enterprise customers.
The companies express confidence that as agent programs expand from single use cases to portfolios of systems running across departments, the ability to deploy, govern and maintain those systems consistently will become as important as the capabilities of the agents themselves, and they have positioned the partnership around that requirement.
