Lenovo has struggled recently as demand for new smartphones and computers continues to cool. As a result, the company's quarterly revenue declined 8% in the last quarter of 2015.
Many companies offer tablets catered toward the business community, but Lenovo may be able to capitalize on more enterprises looking to create flexible workplaces, even with the slow market for tablets.
In January, a report from Flurry found mobile app usage grew 58% in 2015.The growth in app usage reflects the evolution of mobile computing by existing users, Flurry said, as more people use their smartphones and tablets as their primary device. That trend is likely to carry over into the business community.
